Microwave oven, The Hidden Hazards. Recent research shows that microwave oven-cooked food suffers severe molecular damage. When eaten, it causes abnormal changes in human blood and immune systems. Not surprisingly, the public has been denied details on these significant health dangers. Technology holds great promise when developed, promoted and used by ethical individuals and institutions. Harmful or immorally utilized technologies should spur us to take action to set things right. To that end, we share this information. Because of this, people are continuing to microwave their food – in blissful ignorance – without knowing the effects and danger of doing so. Synthetic isomers, whether cis-amino acids or trans-fatty acids, are not biologically active.
